1. No content that is unlawful. This includes all content that is considered racist, sexist, obscene, objectionable, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated. All such posts will be deleted without notice. This includes avatars. This could result in the loss of your membership without reimbursement.

2. Legal-Advice.org bears no responsibility for the posts of forum members. Legal-Advice.org always makes the best efforts to delete any unlawful posts immediately. Please contact the moderator for any concerns of unlawful activity. Forum members are NOT empowered to warn other forum members of unlawful activity. We will not tolerate flame wars on this topic in particular or on any other topic in general.

3. Personal attacks on others will not be tolerated. We take politeness very seriously. You are welcome to challenge other points of view and opinions, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully.

4. Users may disagree with the decisions or actions of other posters, the moderators and/or administrators, however, disagreements, criticism and the like are not to be aired within the forum. Please feel free to PM the person directly rather than air your dirty laundry in public.

5. Any abuse towards our staff or management will result in immediate suspension of your account.

6. You may not have more than one account. Accounts may not be shared by more than one individual. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

10. Do not spam the forums. Do not PM spam. You may only advertise in the designated advertising forums.
